Terms of Service

Effective November 2, 2026. A working draft under review by counsel.

1. The agreement

These Terms cover coachtella.com and Coachtella (the "Service"), run by URL Ventures LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("URL Ventures," "we," "us"). By opening, browsing or buying the Service you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not access the Service.

2. Who it is for

The Service is for adults, 18 or older, who coach or support youth flag football: coaches, parents and league staff. Only adults may buy a plan. The Service is not directed to children under 13. Children may watch the plays a coach shows them.

3. Children's information

Do not enter children's names, photos, contact details or other personal information into the Service. Players are colors, and the Service is designed to work without any child's personal information. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child's information reached us, tell us through the contact form and we will delete it.

4. The beta

Coachtella is in beta, and during the beta everything on coachtella.com is free: every play, coach card, lesson and tool. Paid plans come after the beta. Their prices and terms will be posted here before anyone is asked to pay, and nobody is charged without choosing a plan.

5. Refunds

Nothing is sold during the beta, so there is nothing to refund. Refund terms for paid plans will be posted with them.

6. Safety

Flag football is physical. You are responsible for your team: supervise players, follow your league's rules (including rush counts, rush lines, no-run zones and contact rules), check fields and equipment, and give players water and rest. The plays, coach cards and lessons are general coaching information, not medical, safety or professional advice.

7. Your plays and notes

You own the plays, notes, coach card details and practice records you create. In this version they are stored in your own browser on your own device, and we do not receive them. If a later version offers saving to an account, you give us permission to store and show that content to you only to run the Service.

8. Fair play

Do not break the law through the Service; copy its plays, diagrams, coach cards or lessons into a competing product, course or dataset; take the Service apart to rebuild it; overload or disrupt it; or harass anyone through any sharing feature.

9. Machine access

Every page of coachtella.com is free to read, for people and machines, with no account or key. Training or fine-tuning models on the Service's content, and republishing it as a dataset or feed, need a written agreement. The machine-readable version of these terms is at /.well-known/machine-access.json.

10. Ownership

The Service's plays, diagrams, coach cards, lessons, design, logo and software belong to URL Ventures LLC or its licensors. Coachtella is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the NFL, NFL FLAG or any league or team. Other names belong to their owners.

11. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

12. Limits on liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, URL Ventures LLC and its members, managers, employees and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for injuries at practices or games. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

13. Indemnity

You will defend and hold harmless URL Ventures LLC against claims arising from your practices, your teams or your breach of these Terms.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms. The effective date above changes when we do, and continuing to access the Service after that means you accept the update.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute belongs exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
