What stays on your device

Your plays, notes, coach card name and team, practice plan, practice log, tokens and settings are saved in your browser's local storage on your own device, under keys that start with coachtella. We do not receive them. Clearing your browser's site data deletes them.

What our host sees

Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes each request (IP address, browser type, page and time) to deliver and protect the site, and gives us aggregate, cookie-free traffic counts. We run no Google Analytics, no advertising pixels and no tracking cookies, and we do not sell personal information.

Messages you send

When you write to us through the contact form, run by URL Ventures LLC at domainregistrar.ai, we receive what you enter, such as your name, email address and message, and keep it to reply and to keep business records.

Payments

When checkout opens, payments are handled by a payment processor. We receive confirmation of the purchase, not your full card number.

Children

Coachtella is for adults who coach. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Please do not enter children's names or details. If you believe a child's information reached us, tell us and we will delete it.

Keeping and deleting

Hosting logs are kept as long as our provider retains them for security, typically days to weeks. Messages are kept as long as we need them to reply and for records. Ask us through the contact form to see or delete what we hold about you.
