13 · Switcheroo Left
Two backs. Fake it right, run it left. Handoff to Orange.
Who does what
- QB
Hike it to yourself, step straight back. Fake it to Red, give it to Orange. Then run right like you still have it.
- YYellow
Six steps up, then cut to the middle. Take your defender away from Orange.
- BBlue
Run straight up your side.
- OOrange
Run behind the QB, take the ball, run around the left side.
- RRed
Run across in front of the QB like you get the ball. Keep running right.

What to say
- Red sells it: arms in, run hard right.
- Orange: wait for Red to pass, then go behind the QB.
- QB: show it to Red, give it to Orange.
Watch for
Orange leaves too early and both backs reach the QB at the same time.
If it breaks down, say
Red first, then Orange!
Drill · 5 minutes · Fake and give
Walk it: Red crosses in front, Orange crosses behind, the QB shows it to Red and gives it to Orange. Then jog it, then run it. Switch sides.
